My boyfriend and I are about to move out of the Franciscan. He is getting a job transfer to another state, and I am moving closer to Dallas. If that weren't the case, we would absolutely be renewing our lease. I am blown away by some of the remarks I've read here. Apartment living is not the same as living in a single family home. You can't expect to never hear another neighbor when you live in a building with 15 other units. I'd also tell people who are complaining about the staff to think about the manner in which you address your issues with them. Those girls aren't paid enough to listen and put up with some of the attitudes that I've seen residents approach them with. Any maintenance issues have been addressed immediately. I've been compeletly satisfied with my apartment here, and any complaints that I might have regarding parking or even noise would be the same at ANY apartment complex. It just goes with the territory.
I would hate to think that someone would choose not to live here based on the negative comments posted. I imagine those residents who are pleased with their apartments aren't combing the internet looking for ways to complain. I'm sure most of the people complaining wouldn't be happy anywhere.
