This is a perfect example of something the office staff has no control over. I only wish there could be more parking spots available. If a car is not sitting in the parking lot and not moving, then why should this be an issue that the management is responsible for? The same thing with the paper walls, another issue management has no control over (only the builders), maybe the office should be contacted regarding any disturbances that shouldn't be going on. Maintenance items are responded to and worked on diligently by our certified maintenance team if there's an ongoing problem it should be taken care of through trial and error if needed.

Covered parking is very cheap. Seems like so is this tenant. Rent a space!

I've never had a problem with thin walls and my neighbors, and they've changed on both sides of me, so I know it wasn't just the people. I've also lived in apartments that truly did have thin walls, like where you could hear conversations; these apts don't even compare! I'd call them average to above-average when it comes to neighbor noise.
