I have lived here since May of 2005 and it is the worst place I have ever lived in! I have had ants in my apartment for the past 4 months and pest control wasnt even helping! Because THEY couldnt see the ants they wouldnt do an exclusion (thourough extermination)! I have had people park in my covered parking space and since the parking sucks I have to park on the other side of the complex. My air conditioner has been worked on 5 times since I moved in as well. I paid my pet FEE on time and since the office doesnt communicate with one another I kept getting notices saying that I was going to be charged a late fee. Yes, I said FEE, you have to pay $300 for your pet and you dont get any of it back when you move out! The buildings are so poorly built that I can hear my above neighbor walking around at all hours of the night and I am bever able to take a hot bath or shower. The water turns to cold within a matter of minutes! I would not recommend anyone living here! They look great on the outside, but they are deceiving!! Stay Away!! vWhRVi5nYYIuEh4W7K3l

I would like to respond by saying, the office has done everything in their power to make sure pest control has done everything they can do to take care of the pest problem. It is important to know the type of pest we are dealing with to use the proper chemicals to properly get rid of the pest. The same with the A/C Unit, it's a process of trial and error as it would be even if you owned your own home and tried to take of the problem. Maintenance is HVAC Certitifed and definately try their hardest to fix any problem on the property. If you are having a problem with the hot water heater the office should be notified promptly so that it is taken care of.

I completely agree with this review. The management is rude, unprofessional, and unresponsive. We too have had numerous problems with ants and ac going out. Maintainance is lazy and does very little is anything to help.

Having a mother that has worked in the apartment management for 12 years in Tennessee and a Grandfather as lead-maintenance, the first response to this post is CLEARLY the office staff and NOT 'propertenant' as noted. While I do not have a problem with management responding to posts,I do take exception to their use of 'ProperTenant' as the name of respondent.

I live near to the maintenance garage (where I've lived for 3 years) and frequently see the hard-working men here at 9, 10:00 at night. I have no doubt that they are working hard and doing their best to care for all of the tenants. As for the water heater, we had that problem when we moved in... all you need to do is adjust the setting on the heater. It's often set low to save money on your electric bill. That cannot be a poor maintenance accusation! They take care of all of the fee notice errors if there ever are any, and that $300 is a pet deposit you contractually signed for when you moved in.
