I'm very disappointed in the staff at the Franciscan. I went to these apts twice to try to look at some of their apartments, but was unsuccessful.

The first time I went was at 530pm on Friday. When my friend and I arrived the doors were locked, but there was a sign that stated that doors must remain unlocked until closing time... which happened to be 6pm. A young lady ran up and was nice enough to let us in. She went over some floor plans, but when I asked her if we could look at some apartments she told me that they did not show apartments after 530.

So then the following week I rushed over after work at got there at 5pm. I went to the same young lady and told her I was there last Friday and I was still wanting to look at an apartment. She checked her clock, looked me straight in the eyes, and stated that she was not allowed to show apartments after 5pm... and it was "just after 5".

Perhaps she made a mistake. I'm not sure, but I was very frustrated!
