I have lived here for one year and am about to move into a new complex only because I have been transferred with my job. I am about to turn my keys in today, so hopefully I won't experience any problems with that whole process. I have faith in the new management. The maintenance crew is awesome and have always fixed the minor problems I have had in a timely manner. I highly recommend renting a parking space and/or a garage, otherwise, you will have some inconveniences as far as that goes. Overall, I have enjoyed my year at The Franciscan and will definitely keep them in mind in the future!!
