I've enjoyed the 3 years I've lived hear, but the new owners have to decided to get their ROE ASAP!!!
Just got my remewal offer yesterday and was disappointed to read that my rent would increase by 60 bucks a month for a 1 bedroom. I could handle the rent increase but was totally put off by the new demand that every tenant going forward will now be required to show proof of renters' insurance in the amount of $50,000 !!!!
I have renters insurance but I'll be d@mned if some landlord is gonna dictate how much I have to have. Heck, my own insurance agent said carrying coverage over $20,000 was a waste of money for me.
BYE-BYE FRANCISCAN, IT'S BEEN REAL!!!

The requirement of $50,000 on the renters insurance is liability insurance, not personal coverage. This amount is on all insurance policies, it is not an additional fee. Please call the office for further explanation.
