The floor plans are nice and the property as a whole is well kept. Unfortunately the complex has changed ownership during the time that I lived here and they were unable to honor the "rent increase cap" that was talked about during my original leasing process. I did expect an increase but what was proposed was excessive. They were not willing to work with me on it either. The maintenance is challenging when you can only call a 800 number to report issues, it took almost 2 weeks to fix my disposal. The staff at the front desk are not rude, but they are not friendly and they are a bit condescending. Finally, if you move here you must rent a spot. It is $35 and if you come home after 5-6pm you will park across the complex. With all the posting about other tenants apartments being broken into and people being mugged, walking across the complex at night is not comforting.
