This is a revision. Walk the complex if you are considering renting here. Broken electrical cables along the sidewalks, pool area. Fire hydrant removed from property in 2005 and not replaced (I called the City Fire Marshall but there wasn't any response.) Increase number of tenants with teenagers and vandalism increased here. Office takes the call, says thanks and there's nothing they can do because the kids live are residents. Parking drives all pitted and pot holes. Hot water boiler out 1xweek. One resident told me their door was kicked in while they were away on vacation. No security whatsoever. The security guard comes in at 6pm and leaves at 8pm. And the police told me "This property has a security guard." The security guard told me all he could do was write down incidents on the log sheet.
I can't make it plainer than this:

12/17/2005 I'm the original poster on this comment. Yesterday my neighbor's new red truck was burgarlized (broken window, stolen stereo). He parked it near the leasing offices (the office does not want tenants parking by it). My car was burgarlized. I learned that units that have low visibility to parking areas have been burgarlized forcible entry style. This property does not have a security guard. Other tenants have inquired, and the office has only responded with "coming next week". I cannot recommend living here with other properties around.
