management ,or lack there of is terrible,extremly rude,tasha is a nightmare to talk too much less try to solve a problem with when the management made a mistake and i confronted them with it they even had the nerve to call me a liar and state it was not their problem ,they tried to over charge me almost $200 and had to call the management co. to get it resolved, still no i'm sorry or any concideration from management, ,no hot water sometimes, no cold water in the bathroom,a/c -heat repaired at least 7 times in 9 months, pool closed all summer as punishment for neighborhood kids breaking glass in it at begining of summer eventhough they repaired it( both pools),smell of natural gas coming from laundry room when informed maint. (which dosent speak english) was told it was normal ( the gas smell is so bad it can be smelled from over 60 feet away)hopeing it wont explode !water bill is at least $36 dollors a month and we are charged for trash pick up (even though theres trash piled up by the dumpster every day) loud talking and yelling in between the buildings at night after 12:00am HORRIBLE COMPLEX DO NOT MOVE HERE THESE ARE JUST A FEW OF THE REASONS THAT I MOVED OUT
