I really enjoyed living in this complex, it was my first apartment out on my own, it was affordable and the area was safe. The apartment itself, was a little small, it was large enough for a college student with minimal belongings and upkeep was easy but it was a little cramped after I got a roomate. The office staff was always very nice to me, even after they changed management, but they were rude to my neighbor, so it did lead me to believe that they play favorites. They spray for bugs once a month, but I did have to call them out a few times because water bugs were coming up thru my bathtub, they took care of the problem and I never saw them again. Maintanence didn't always come right away when I called them, unless it was a major problem (like when a pipe burst beneath my sink and it flooded my livingroom) so I'm under the impression maintanence works on a most severe comes first basis, which is understandable. The water bill was an issue for me though. The water is split between the entire complex depending on how many people live in the unit, and I had a cosigner because I was only 18 so I had no credit yet, but I lived alone, and they considered my cosigner to be a tennant and I had to pay the price a unit with 2 people in it had to pay. I really enjoyed my time there, and if I didn't have a family now, I would consider moving back.
