Well, I've read all of the comments and they were all pretty bad but I noticed that most of them were written last year or earlier and it is now 2008 so I'm pretty sure some things have changed. I happen to like the management here, the are all pretty nice. I have never had a problem with maintenance, heat, water, robberies or anything else. I will say that the pools are opened kinda late in the summer and the wash rooms are filthy. The nieghbors are nice and I like it because their is a mixture of people and not just ------, whites, or ---------. I will complain about a couple of other things...at night I can hear the guy next door snoring (thin walls) and the parking is pretty bad at night on the weekdays, lucky for me my apartment is near the leasing office so I can park over their if I need to. They do give you an option of where you want to stay when you move in so I would suggest living near the ends where their is plenty of parking. The prices are very reasonable (I pay $369 for a 1bed) and you do get whay you pay for. I believe that there are going to be problems on any property and you can't expect any of them to be perfect.
