We lived here for about a year with no major problems, but my neighbors had an awful time. Their ceiling caved in and they had roaches among other issues. The area was fairly safe and I'd live here again if I didn't have a young child to take in to consideration. It made for a good starter house for a college freshman. My only complaint was the water bill increased with no notice and no explanation. Otherwise, I had a good experience here.
