I lived in this complex for a year. It is an okay place to live. There was a pretty bad roach problem, and there were a few instances that made me feel unsafe. I once had a drunk start banging on my door at 5AM screaming some other person's name. The laundry room was robbed a few times during my leasing period. In general, though, I can't complain too much. The pool is tiny, but it's clean, and well kept up. Maintenance was always good about coming out, and the office staff was helpful. You're within walking distance of a dollar store and a grocery store. This is a pretty bad area, though. The apartments are some of the better ones around.
