Nice at First, New Managment Sucks! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/16/2004 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   This was a nice place when we first moved in last September. Managment was nice, maintenance is good. Since new managment came in about 2-3 months ago, place has gone to hell They took away our free Health club membership, and are not going to replace it with anything. Our kitchen and bathroom floors are caving in, the ceiling above the fireplace is falling. Not alot of storage room if you want a washer and dryer, cause they are outside in your storage closet. The new managment took down the hours sign and now are never there when you have a problem. We still have 7 months left, but we are looking for a new place already, because we are definitly not renewing our lease here!!
