I lived at this place for almost two years, until I finally couldn't take any more and broke my lease! In regards to space the place was amazing, I had a two bedroom townhouse style apartment, but the electric bill was atrocious! My A/C was constantly going out, the worse time was in the middle of August when the temp outside was 100*. They couldn't get it fixed for three days and even knowing the temp's they didn't offer to pay for a hotel or move to another unit! The hot-water heater in the apartment next to mine erupted in the middle of the night, flooding my apartment. They cleaned it up and dried the carpeting but didn't once offer to reimburse me for the sofa, bookcase and books I had to throw away! The staff is rude and never helpful and every six months they raised the rent!

DO NOT live here...it's not worth the money!

I have never know an Apt complex to pay for a hotel room, move to another unit until the issue is fixed in the dead of summer maybe but never a hotel room. No one can control things like a water heating erupting, and quite frankly THAT is what renter's insurance is for, it is not the responsibility of the apt complex to pay for your things, I doubt they paid for the tenent things that got runied that lived in the until with the water heater issue. And lastly it is ILLEGAL for an Apt complex to raise the rent on an existing ongoing leaseevery six months, so you must have been renewing your lease every six months, and if that is the case, if you were so unhappy, you should not have renewed it 3 additional times! Be fair when you report on these sites so that those of us that are looking ot get an accurate account of the complex can make an accurate decision.

i have known many complex's to pay for a hotel room, because if the temp is over 100 that is the law.
