This apartment was ok. Not the type of place i'd have in mind. Constant changes in management and maintanence staffing caused problems with getting things communicated to new staff and many of my service needs were not taken care of before i moved out. After I moved out, despite hiring a cleaning service and having the apartment spotless, they charged a clean out fee. When I wanted to discuss it despite a good final walk through, they argued and then wouldn't return my calls. Next thing I know, they just sent the charges to a collection agency without bothering to collect from me. I'd watch my back, document everything and be on your toes because they won't be on theirs.

A few corrections to this posting. The manager has been at the property for almost 2 years now and the assistant manager has been here for almost a year. The maintenance staff have been here for 2 and 3 years. So as far as the constant staff changes, that is incorrect. As far as move out charges, we have a legal sheet we go by for every apartment. We give ample amount of time to pay any fees owed to the property.
