Great for kids or dogs

The feature that stands out most in this complex is its gated first floor patios that open up to large (soccer field sized)courtyards. Ours even has a playground. Although we don't have children, we really appreciate it because kids don't end up playing in the streets the way they did at other (newer) apartment complexes we have lived at. We also have windows on opposite sides of the apartment which allows for a great cross breeze (and lower energy bills) when the weather is nice.
We have heard our upstairs neighbor a few times, but that was only because she was hammering things into the wall at some odd hours. Overall, we have also found the neighbors to be very courteous and friendly.
There have been one or two instances of items from cars being stolen, and the parking lot lighting could be better. However, the staff is always very quick to notify the community of any incidences and suggest ways to prevent further problems. We keep tempting items out of sight overnight, and we have never personally had any problems. It is definitely safer than other newer-more expensive complexes we have lived in.
