Very high on water bills and electric bills.

I have lived at the Bear Creek Apts for almost one year. It is very nice place to live, very clean. The high cost of the water bills is over the top. There are three of us living there and each month it has gone up. Now for the month of December it was $72.00 and my electric was $175.00. No one is home during the day and on weekends we are gone. Maintenance does a good job at fixing things, but they won't replace items so you may have the same appliance worked on several times. In the morning there are no lights on to lock your doors or to walk to your car. We have had several cars broken into.
