For starters, it's been so refreshing to walk out onto my balcony and see a park like area full of birds instead of cars, litter, and asphalt. I can sit and listen to the doves and songbirds while enjoying my morning coffee. The only interruption is the occasional airplane, which is a small price to pay. The apartments are convenient to parks, shopping, dining, and most important the train station. The staff has remained the same the entire year I have been here, unlike my old apartment that would change weekly. I have never had to make a complaint or request for maintenance twice. In fact, one time when I needed a repair made, they were at my door before I could walk back from the office. The ladies in the office are always cordial and treat you more like a friend than a tenant. The maintenance staff is speedy, efficient, and extra friendly as well. I would recommend these apartments to anyone looking in the Euless/Bear Creek area. While not brand new and top of the line; the price, service, and sense of home is unbeatable.
