Very nice location, and the grounds are kept well. The pool & hot tub are great, and the rest of the facilities are pretty good (they need to update the weight room though). I think this is probably the best place I have rented from in the last 10 years. The water and trash bills aren't too bad either. I always have a good parking spot too. The only drawback is the airport noise.
