Be careful the good reviews here are probably from the office management themselves. I had nothing but problems at the end when I was trying to get out and they ended up stiffing me over 900.00 to get out. The people that are writing the reviews for the negative pieces listen to them. They probably have actually lived there. The lighting shoots straight through your windows at night so I dont see how double pained windows are going to help the glare trying to sleep with a blinding light in your eyes even if you have thick curtains. Just look when you are there you will see what we are talking about. Good luck.

you mean light can come through glass windows? wow, you learn something every day. do you ----- about the sun coming in every morning also? when i spoke of the double glass windows, i wasn't talking about light. i was talking about insulation factor. you know? like for a/c and heating costs. single glass gives almost no insulation effect. double glass gives some. anyway i like a lot of light. i think it might help to keep the cars safer. as far as your costs when leaving, i havent gone through that yet. no arguments there.

Office staff is writing back "negative" coments and living good rate to this property. You can easily see that they get mad when somebody rate the apartments less than 3. DON'T BELIVE THE WONDERFUL COMMENTS.... is THE OFFICE writing

I agree and believe that the office staff has added their "2 cents" to make them and their community look better. Worse case, if they have not, then they have talked someone else into doing it for them. Consider all your options carefully before leasing here.

If you got stiffed $900 on moving out you probably broke your contract early with them, damaged the apartment or both. Every apartment I have ever lived in charges a staggering fee if you move out before your lease is up. If you move out on time, give your two month notice and tidy the place up no apartment should ever hose you down, especially for the amount you got hammered for. I am suspicious of your review. You also suck a math because you give the property a rating of 2 or more in all categories then give it an overall rating of 1. You fail at AVERAGING math.

The lighting is for safety. I have lived in these apartments for over 5 years and when I first moved in we had very inadequate lighting and I often felt unsafe after dark walking to and from my car. With the lighting we have now I feel very safe as a single woman since I can clearly see what is going on around me. If you don't like the light invest in and put up thick curtains. My denim ones have me living in a cave during the day and night.

Nice try management. However, your problem with your statement is that I NEVER had any problems, damages or anything to do with the apartment when I moved out. I had it inspected and the apartment management said it looked better than when I moved in. Also, sorry but I never broke any contract. You fail to remember what this blog is about. You need to post your comments on your own site and leave your consumers alone.
