When I first moved in everything was great and all of my maintence requests were handled very quickly. Well, things have changed. It now takes several phone calls and at least a week of waiting before only part of my work order gets fixed. This is very frustrating.

I am also very worried about my safety. I ran into the laundry room, in the middle of the day, to transfer my clothes from the washer into the dryer. During the 5 minutes I was inside the laundry room someone slipped into my car and stole my credit cards and drivers license. This really freaked me out because I was parked right in front of the laundry room and there is a big window where I could see my car but I never saw the person get in or out of my car.

Additionally, I am very disappointed in the work out facility. When I first moved in it was open 24 hours. Now it is only open during the office hours due to vandals coming in and tearing up all of the work out equipment. Most people work during the office hours and this leaves us no time to use the equipment.

Gee....leaving your car unlocked with your wallet, drivers license, and credit cards in there....what a smart thing to do. You have no one to blame but yourself. And no, this is not the property managers writing this--it's a current tenant. This complex is very safe, compared to most others. But heaven forbid, we all have to u se common sense.

Have to agree with Anon. You leave your honey out in the open and the bears will come and eat it. Your own fault. Now as for the weight room, thank you for bringing that up. I am going to a second walk of this property today and I will be asking about this news. No point in having a weight room if you can't use it after dark.
