I've just re-signed my lease. This is the start of my 4th year at this complex, and it's as great as it ever was. Rents are reasonable, the grounds are immaculate, and the staff is just great-each and every one of them-from the office staff to maintenance. Knowing someone can be reached 24/7 is a great comfort. Improvements are an on-going event here. Just when you think something is pretty enough, they will make it prettier-if it's safe, they will make it safer. If you're unhappy for any reason, the staff will do their best to satisfy you. You're not treated as a "renter"-you're treated as a friend. Your happiness and safety is the top priority of the staff. I may sound like I'm gushing, but when you find something great, you stick with it. And I will!
