I have lived here for nearly 3 years and have decided not to renew my lease due to rent increase. Aside from that, I have never had a problem here. The leasing staff has always been kind to me and even left balloons on my door for my birthday a few months ago. The maintenance staff has always been quick to respond, even during emergency hours, and the grounds are well kept. It has always been quiet here and there is never any partying in the parking lot. Of course, I can only speak for my side of the complex.

Being an older complex, the electric and water rates are high. That, along with the $95 rent increase are what has made me look elsewhere. If not for those issues, I would happily stay here.
