I lived there for a year and was not happy with the service the property provided. tThe agents are rude.

1) You not only pay for the water you use but for other residents in the same building. Each building is one (1) meter and it is divided amongst the residents. I paid $30-40 monthly for water (most places charge a flat $10-20 fee). So if "John Resident" 3 doors down has 4 people living with him, he's only paying $40 and you live alone and are paying the same $40 - you'd think he'd pay more since that there are more people and you'd pay less. They don't tell you this when you sign your lease.

2) There is no assigned parking and they won't assign parking if you ask. Guests are supposed to park on the outer perimeter but they don't and the apartment doesn't enforce it so you may come home and find yourself walking 100-200 yards to your door at night.

3) High Rent Increases - When the housing marked slumped in '07 they took advantage of the renters and raised my rent by $80

4) Noisy Neighbors - You have to complain multiple times before anything is really said or done. I was told there is a courtesy officer on site but I never saw him if there was. You are better off calling the police.

Don't settle for this place - there are nice apartments in the Euless area but this isn't one of them. Keep Looking and don't waste your time.
