First off I am a former resident..not a member of staff or a paid reviewer. I am an every day normal tenant.I lived at the Landing for 2 years. For the money in the Euless area it is the best buck for buck.I have lived at 3 others and only found a place I would stay when coming here. I am a customer service rep of over 20 years and have had my share of good , bad and indifferent and am the hardest of the hard to please.

You will read some reviews here ..both positive and negative.. and draw your own conclusion but what is right is right. The landscaping is fantastic, the social activities are well planned and the apartments are comfortable. It is just like any other place .. a product of its management, tenants and today's world.

It is an old complex that is more than just concrete and brick walls. It has its share of issues but that is common as things age. The maintenace staff is rssponsive as my move in date was on Easter . There was a problem with the air and it was fixed that day. My microwave was replaced when requested and new carpet was laid at my 1 year renewal. The staff wanted me to be happy.

They are not scam artists as another post states they are just every day people with a job to do like me and you and we are all human. The manager is very down to earth and will always listen to your requests and meet you half way even on those things that are not the norm.

I would recommend this place to live but your home is what you make and what is inside of it.
