We moved in at the end of August into a two bedroom, two bath and so far have been very satisfied. Any maintenence issues we've had were taken care of same day and done right. The parking is MORE than ample. Compared to our last place, the parking in this complex is vast. I do have one concern about the drive paths having no speed bumps. People race through the complex at 40 MPH sometimes and that is extremely dangerous to ther residents there, especially children.

My downstairs neighbor likes to chase his kids into the yard outside my window with a belt in hand dealing out parental punishment and it sounds like he is beating his kids heads against the wall every night at around 10pm. I have no idea what he is doing down there but every night at around 10pm he bangs on the walls hard enough to shake my floor. This may cause an issue in the near future when I finally snap and confront him if he can understand English.

Office staff has been nice and timely in answering our concerns and giving out the information we need.

We just got our first energy bill (energy is controlled by you and your provider, not the complex) and it seems reasonable given the type of hardware we run in the house. The AC unit is very good and actually achieves the temperature we've set. Our last complex, the AC never turned off because it could never get to that setting so the insulation seems to be sound in this place.

I've been there only a month but so far so good. I'll report back in 6 months if anything changes.
