Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2006
 
This complex has been through alot. There have been 5 managers in the time we've lived here. Currently, the complex is again under, relatively, new ownership and management. (approx 6 mos) While there is still much to be done; there is a sincere effort being made to improve not just the property but the sense of community. Manchester is still not the ideal place to be, but it's getting better everyday. bYr9ljUwtCbMRXE8dRDC
