I lived at this property several years ago and it was really bad. New owners and manager have taken over and the difference is night and day. A manager that truly cares for Manchester is here and it shows. She is amazing. The people writing bad stuff are the trash she has worked so hard to get rid of and make this a community to be proud of. I know first hand all the hard work being done. When she goes home at night she is still taking care of business and has even called me at home one night on the weekend when I had a problem.
It is sad that the garbage being forced to find a new garbage cans to live in can only try to bad mouth the Manchester with no proof for their lies. The truth speaks for itself. if you notice the lies come from liers who wont even post their names!!! go figure

The proof is right when you enter the apartment complex. And liars who don't even post their names... where's yours?
