If you don't mind children running around at all times of the day and night unsupervised and trying to break in to your apartment this is the place for you. I have had hot water 3 out of the past 8 days. Management claims to be "working on it". The sewer backs up every week onto the grass along with the garbage disposal. We moved here for the convenience of the schools being close by, but this is so not worth it. The website for this place is a lie. The apartment pictures you see are only of the building from the front. Look further in and it's the projects; kids running around every where, yelling and screaming all day and night, roaches the size baseballs, you have to plunge every time you go to the bathroom, no hot water, trash every where, laundry room windows broken, dirt and mud thrown all over the outside walls.

Man. All I've had was burning hot water. It sucks because they will not doing anything about it! Unless you pester them enough. Horrible management and maintenance.
