This apartment complex is okay. The office management needs some lessons in professionalism and courtesy. They were really nice (before I moved in!) I've lived here about four months. Crime has been frequent in the last month (received two notices in a week that apartments home were broken into and vandalized) So far the walls seem really thin, I can hear my neighbors' normal conversations and smell their cooking (the odor lingers for days!!) My neighbors leave their trash next to my car by the driveway the night before trash pickup, on windy days it is not a pretty sight. I've made a few requests to the apartment management that have gone ignored. One part of the apartment can really cold and the air conditioning simply does not blow enough air to cool the bedroom, it gets extremely hot on warm days. On my first loud noise notice I was notified that my next complaint would result in 'lease termination'!!! (I'm by no means a loud person, gone most of the time) I'm afraid to vacuum or listen to my TV now, basically walking on egg shells. May be time to move if I can't live normally.
