The office and maintenance staff are very nice and professional. I have a beautiful apartment and while I am concerned about the break-ins, I do understand that the staff is limited on what they can do. They have the police driving through the property and this comforts me. I have lived in Dallas and in Grapevine, and can tell you, crime happens everywhere (unfortunately). I would gladly reccommend The Mandolin to any friends or family searching for a new apartment.
