I am glad that I am not the only one who has noticed how snobby the staff is. I was also one day late on my rent and was charged full market rent $800 and $50 on top of that, which equated to a little over $200. This is a stipulation that they add in their contract at this community under the special provisions section on page one of the contract. I called around and checked if other communities in the area had this also. They actually said they never heard of it before, but the community can add anything they want to the contract under TAA it just has to be visible and within guidelines. I encourage everyone thinking of renting here or elsewhere to see if this is on the contract and if it is, just remember that one day you may be late by one day on your rent, by chance and have huge repercussions. Life is a learning lesson and my lesson is that I will NEVER sign a contract in the future with this stipulation in the contract, one little screw up cost huge $$$$.

Didn't your mother ever tell you to always read before you sign? The lesson you should have learned is to never pay your rent late.
