A lot of these people on here are whiny babies, and their complaints are ridiculous. This is my sixth apartment to live in, and it is the best! Amenities are great. Workout facility is awesome, pools are nice, and I love the curbside trash pickup. Having an attached garage is wonderful, and the apartment has many upgrades. Grounds are very clean. It is very quiet and secure here, and I have heard no negative news about crime. I've seen the cops stroll through the parking lot several times. And if you need anything fixed, maintenance is very prompt and thorough. I've never had a problem with parking, and I have three cars. If you want to be able to pull up to your doorstep every time, I suggest you get a house. So to those people who think they really have it bad, they need to go move to that dump in Arlington I lived in before this. After about a month, they will be begging to come back here!

I live here and a BMW was stolen from the parking lot....not exactly the safest community!!! Also, the cameras at the entrance of the apartment were not running, so the police had no way to find the vehicle. I guess since you work at The Mandolin you should know that. Do your job and you won't have to spend your time answering apartment reviews with a condescending tone. For anyone looking at the Mandolin--look at all of the reviews and you can see when the management changed!! The reviews go from happy residents to miserable residents--amazing what good management does for a place!!!

I don't know why people think just b/c you write something nice, you're an employee. It used to be an excellent place to live. But now the negatives outweigh the positives. Ater living here for two years, I have also had my fill. The best option is to buy a house, which is what I'm doing. I am so sick of apartment living! They all suck!

You have made the comment that tippitoetutu has made on several other comments... Something nice was said and you assumed it was the staff too... I love it here and have had NO PROBLEMS!!!! I am not saying that everything has been done exactly right but it was corrected if not... What do you expect... IT IS AN APARTMENT with about 300 more around you that all need something I'm sure!!! I hope nothing goes wrong in your house and you have to wait a week to get some out to service your a/c... You might blow a gasket... Good Luck!!! Learn to have some patience you might be a happier person...
