I was thinking of moving here from the Ponde in Arlington, but Queen has convinced me not to. I would rather go somewhere where the employees are trying to improve my situation and possibly fixing my repairs, than sitting and responding to everyone's comments. Calling the residents "stupid" and "idiot" is not a good business practice. Thank you misipiqueen, you have saved me from making a mistake.

I'm sure there are employees writing reviews, but I'm not one of them. After living here for 2 years, I am tired of this place, too. It used to be a wonderful place to live, but now the negatives outweigh the positives. I have found, however, that all apartments are the same. They just want your money. I will be so glad when I finish closing on my new house!

[laughing] Misipiqueen: We closed on our home 12/27/06 and moved from the Mandolin on that date. We're right there with you -- 2 years and we got tired of the Mandolin -- but only because hey - it's an apartment and there's no benefit to paying rent for 2 years. But we had a great time while there and we reminisce about it because it was honestly a great place. |
