I moved into bldg 21 when it opened. Unwrapping the appliances was a great experience. The Apartments are nice, and the maintanence is quick. Be sure to keep your contact with the management to a minimum. And pay your rent on time! It's due by the 3rd. During the July 4th holiday, I forgot to pay o the 3rd. (I was out partying) I dropped the check on the 4th thinking I was safe because the office was closed. Not so. I was charged a $50 late fee for late rent. How petty is that' It's not like the office or the bank was open.
Over all I had a good experience.

What's wrong with management? =) They were ridiculously kind to my wife and I. I did get charged the late fee for late rent too =) -- luckily, there are apartment communities that charge $50 for late fees and then $20 per day. The Mandolin doesn't. I think that we also received a notice on our door to remind us that rent was due on the 3rd during some holidays when they there was a long holiday. The assistant manager who collects rent lives on site =) - she does her job with precision! |
