Poorly insulated, electric bills are outrageous for apartment living.

Inadequate parking for residents, visitors.

Residents are assessed a fluctuating rate for water usage based upon unit size. The monthly rate seems a bit high for an apartment unit.

Kudos to the property porter, he is worth his weight in gold!

The insulation was decent in our apartments. We had just moved from another local apartment community and our electricity bill over the course of the next year and a half was MUCH lower. Things can always be better, so I'll leave it at 'there are worse, and we weren't too bothered.' Also, they did replace ALL of the window blinds in EVERY apartment while we lived there with thick horizontal wood blinds that REALLY helped keep the heat out. And as far as the water goes - that's all the city of Euless. My water/trash bills were comparable with where my family lived last time in the same area. I will say - they have curb side trash pick-up 3 days a week, which is an added service that is usually limited to houses - so factor that in with the value.

True, if you're going to compain, do it about something legit. These problems are usually as bad or worse at other communities.
