I came to this site to write a review about The Mandolin Apartments, and I will do that in due time. But I would first like to comment on the review made just below about the managment team. Now the comment made below may not be here long as the person named names which I think is not allowed, but I will say something about it anyway. (I notice you didn't put your own name hot shot, thats funny.)
In a nut shell the person didn't feel appreciated here as a tenant and the managment doesn't take care of his/her needs. Well I know from my end that not only has the managment taken care of my issues, they have went above and beyond to make it happen. And if you want to feel appreciated, ask managment to do something for you, like throw a pool party. Oh wait, they did that. How bout a random gift basket as your leaving one day, oh they did that too, unless it was just me. Well how about some holiday events' Thats covered too. Unless you want chocolate covered strawberries at your door, the managment does an amazing job. And just for the record I am not reltated to or dating someone in managment, all though the girls are very cute. But I have lived in several apartments and the managment here has been the best hands down. So lets be honest here, the person who made the comment is probably mad about something that is actually his/her fault and is taking it out on the managment staff...isn't that right ghost writer.
As for future residents, or those deciding to live here or not, it comes down to this. The apartments are very nice, the prices are affordable and competitive, and the noise and parking is no better or worse than any other apartment complex. But the managment is what has kept me here for almost 3 years now. They handle my problems (which hasn't been many) they always say hi and ask about my family, (see told you I wasn't dating one) and always remind me of upcoming events. And a quick note for the maintenace crew...awesome!

Coming from someone who works in management elsewhere, yeah, definetely someone in management. No resident ever gets ticked off or degrades another resident for their review like this. It's a dead giveaway when you start getting all defensive. Take my advise, avoid looking at your own site. Even if you're doing a great job (which you aren't) there will always be someone to complain.
