We moved here May 2007 after searching for six months for an apartment. We are very happy here and had no thought to renewing our lease. The staff were great to work with. We love the friendly community. I have had no problems with the maintenance. They have done a great job and usually respond within two days if it is not an emergency. Our utilities are lower than the previous apartment. They gave us a free carpet cleaning after being here a year. When we renewed our lease our rent only went up 28.00. I have heard horror stories about "moving-out" episodes, but if you let them know months in advance that you are moving, before your lease is up...you shouldn't have a problem. They are no different than other complexes in this regard. It is always wise to do a walk through on your last day. I recommend hiring a professional cleaning service.
