This complex is the extremely quiet. We rarely ever hear our neighbors. That is a HUGE plus compared to the last "luxury" complex we rented. There only two complaints...they don't keep the bags stocked at the poop stations (and sometimes use really cheap bags that thinner than the bags provided in a grocery store in the produce section). Also...the water bills are unbelievably HIGH!!!

I'm curious as to where you rented last =) I moved from another "luxury" community (that -was- luxurious, just that the Mandolin was a bit less assuming, a bit cheaper, and overall much better value.) The "other" luxury community though did have a slightly better location and did have a slightly more 'luxury' cosmetic feel - which does mean something if you are renting upscale apartments in the area. Otherwise, 1/2 mile down the street you can save hundreds on a rough around the edges apartment without gates or anything beyond standard features.
