Better than any other apartment NOT ! it's the worse

The person who wrote better than any other apartment said that the reason people complained is because they didn't pay their rent on time or didnt live at the Mansions is non sense if you look at the previous complaints they are all similar noise problems, rude management etc. this is the worst place I ever lived as far as the upstaris noise you can hear every step the person upstairs makes ! too much money apartments are small
