I lived at The Mansions for little over a year and didn't experience a lot of the things that others have posted here. The parking is tight and sometimes hard to find, but I knew that before moving in, plus I had an attached garage. I lived on the first floor and did hear the people above me occasionally. Maybe others just had really loud upstair neighbors because I didn't experience anymore noise than I did when I lived on the first floor at another complex. As far as move out charges... I received almost all of my deposit back when I moved out. Before moving out I scheduled a walk thru with the staff and they went over the move out process. They even gave me a copy of my community policies that had the move out process spelled out for me so that I knew what to expect and so that I could be sure I got the most of my deposit back.
I had a pleasant time living at The Mansions and would recommend it to anyone I know. The staff in the office and maintenance were always nice and knew me by name and aparment number. They are more expensive than others, but in my opinion they offer a lot of things others don't and the property always looked great! The only reason I moved was because I got married and it was too far for my husband to drive to his work. If he gets a closer job I would definately consider moving back if they had something available... it took me 3 months to get my 1 bedroom when I originally moved in, they are always FULL...
