I have recently vacated the Mansions by the Vineyard, my neighbor said for me to go to this web site to give my opinion. I was in a downstairs 2 bedroom with a one car garage, I have been here for 2 years. I left my apartment in great condition, and received a $197.34 refund when I moved out. Knowing my neighbors I knew what their apartment looked like, also how they left it, I felt sorry for the staff and having to clean up that mess. Its not that they were not nice people, but from reading the reviews, I am sure I know which one was them.
I had my issues with the apartments parking arrangements, but I used my garage and it was mainly guests parking issues.
The staff was always fair and polite and my maintenance requests were always completed within 48 hours.
It's an apartment, if you want 100% peace and quiet, move to a house.
