This community is awful. I am so sick of reading the reviews recommending this dump from the office staff. When you read the reviews, a normal person would know that you wouldn't quote stats like the office staff has in their reviews. This should show you the character of the office staff and the management company and how low they have to go. I think the review written by the office staff about the LA person is simply hilarious. I don't see how a person could go from a shelter in Dallas to the Mansions and pay the ridiculously high prices for rent, and then have time to write a review on this site. Please.... What I think is even better is the fact that the front entrance to the property has been closed on one side for 3 weeks and no construction has been done. I will make this as simple as I can: "DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THE REVIEWS RECOMMENDING THIS HORRIBLE APARTMENT COMPLEX"! If you are stupid and want to come by and see how bad it is, then ask the staff who the management company is and how to get ahold of them. This will prove to you that this apt comlex is a joke...you have to write to a PO box and supposedly the management company works without phones!! Also, you should know that they might go out of business soon since the management company has sold a lot of its properties. It is not surprising and it could be the best thing for the Mansions, especially if they get rid of the office staff and maintenence staff and replace them with people that know what their job is and don't act like they are high and mighty. They need to understand that they are in the service industry and there is a reason they are working at the property and not living in it.
