How many managers can a property go thru!
More than 10 in my experience.
The management are complete crackheads.
The property has continually gone downhill,
for the last 2 years. To the point of the entry completely falling down. Plants can't cover everything. Hidden and unexplained charges will continue to arise during your time living at the Mansions and beyond!! The property was beautiful with alot of potential upon moving in, then the mold started in the closet and continued into the hall with MUSHROOMS. That's right mushrooms!! The stucco stays so damp on the lower level, mushrooms began growing inside along the baseboards. GROSS.
