The Mansions by the Vineyard is a member of the Dallas Apartment Association, Texas Apartment Association, and the National Apartment Association. It has been our experience that very often negative comments posted on this website are by residents who have been evicted for non-payment of rent or other lease violations or who have never actually lived on the property. Be cautious in assuming the truthfulness of postings by anonymous persons who refuse to disclose their identity. We recommend that visiting with current residents onsite is a more reliable method of obtaining third party opinions about our community and its management.

Again, Beware of companies that have to post a disclaimer due to negative comments. If you want to take care of this, give people a way to contact the property owners and SOLVE THE PROBLEMS at the properties and you won't have to put up a disclaimer...Imagine that?!?!? |

Why do you feel the need to write a defensive response. I find it hard to believe so to many people would have the same complaints if there was not some truth to what they are saying.
