I lived at the mansions for 13 months. When I had first moved in ,the apartment was in need of new carpet. I had requested for new carpet but the managers replies were" if we think it's liveable then we can not change the carpet" I was like fine, since I was so excited to move into the Mansions. Little did I know that was the worst of my problems. A couple of weeks later my apartment was infested with ant and roaches. I brought this to their attention, and supposedly they took care of it the day after next. I still had the same problems during my stay. It was so bad that I dread coming home. DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THEIR EFFORTS TO MAKE THEMESELVES SOUND PRESTIGOUS BY ALL THESE FAKE EMAIL COMMENTS. PLEASE REVIEW ALL THE NEGATIVE FEEDBACKS AS THEY ARE TRUE. ALL THE POSTIVE FEEDBACKS ARE LEFT BY THE STAFFS THEMSELVES. ON TOP OF IT ALL, THEY WILL EAT YOUR DEPOSIT PLUS CHARGE YOU TRIPLE THE MONEY THAT IS UNNECCESSARY FOR THE MOVE OUT FEE. BEWARE OF THE MANSIONS AN THEIR STAFF. THEY SEEM AWFULLY FRIENDLY WHEN THEY WANT YOU TO SIGN THEIR LEASE, BUT ARE SCOUNDRELS WHEN YOU MOVE OUT.

Mansions by the Vineyard is a member of the Texas Apartment Association, Tarrant County Apartment Association and the National Apartment Association. It has been our experience that very often negative comments are posted on this website are be residents who have been evicted for nonpayment of rent or other lease violations or who have never actually lived on the property. We recommend that visiting with current residents onsite is a more reliable method of obtaining third-party opinions about our apartment community and its management.
