Big mistake moving here!

The office staff does nothing they say they will to take care of any complaints. Nor do they follow thru to enforce any rules or fines when certain rules are violated. For example, there is supposed to be a $25 fine for putting your trash out early. This fine is never enforced. Trash will set out for days. Not only does it smell, it also attracts rodents that tear into it and garbage ends up everywhere.

Parking: WHAT PARKING! Residents don't even have priority to the parking lot! You MUST park in your garage or risk being towed while non rent paying visitors get the parking lot! You would think, when you pay over a $1,000 per month, you would rank higher than a visitor! Also, visitors will double park behind a parked car, therefor blocking access to other garages.

Noise: There are always kids in the playing in the streets. They have no supervision and are running and screaming until very late at night. I sometimes wonder if these kids have parents. You can also hear loud cars & motorcycles all night long. You're not even safe in your own home. Usually you can hear every step your neighbors make. Did they even put insulation in when they built the Mansions'!'

The grounds are a mess. Trash, beer/water bottles, soda cans & dog waste are everywhere. Be careful where you step, there's more poop than grass!

There are 2 pools at the Mansions. The back pool by the park is supposed to be more for families. However, there are so many trees that the pool never gets any sun & the water stays cold all summer. This drives EVERYONE to the only other pool. It's hard to enjoy yourself when it is so crowded. And again, here are all the unsupervised kids. Some genius decided it would be a good idea to put a multi-level rock fountain at the pool. Of course the kids think it's fun to jump off of into the pool. This is very dangerous & the office does nothing to stop them. Maybe when some kid splits his head open they'll say something. Also about the main pool, don't let the office staff fool you when they show you around. What looks like a hot tub, isn't. It's just an extension of the pool. Don't expect to be told it isn't heated.

Security, there is none. Even after several garages were recently broken into, the security gates still are not working.

I could go on and on, but, I think you get the message. The rent is way to high for all the problems. But, it's nothing compared to what they charge you to move out! Please keep looking, don't even consider the Mansions!
