Manisons charged me $500 for a pet deposit & when I moved out, they charged me another $900! I had heard rumors once I moved in about the "way they make their money." Mans charges EVERYONE an incredible amount when they move out. This is above & beyond the deposit! They charged me for the broiler pan (which was NEVER used), lightbulbs, drip pans, and many other ridiculous things. I have NEVER been treated the way this complex treated me when I moved out.
