I'll have to admit that it looks very impressive and it is a nice place to stay. The reason for my discontent is the staff. At this moment I'm trying to determine if it is worth the battle to get over $600 dollars back from them after I moved out. I had to move out early due to a job transfer and they found another tenant before I left and the person moved in shortly after I left. The person who moved in was paying for rent but I made the mistake of giving them rent for the remainder of the month before I left. So they basically received double rent for the remainder of the month and now they are basically saying that it was owed to them. I tried to get it corrected but they keep changing the final account balance to account for the amount they charged. So I would recommend staying away. All I know is that if I would have read these reviews before moving in I would not have moved to the location. If you do decide to move in, good luck apparently others have had a great experience there. Honestly, the potential is there but right now I'd say they fall short.

Actually, my husband and I know many people at this apartment community have all had the same experience with move-out. They are vicious. The local Mandolin Apartments are much nicer, have garages, have larger floorplans, and they are sweethearts there and were extremely nice about move out. It's hard to repair your reputation on this site - but some of the brainless 5 star reviews on this site are ridiculous and deserve harsh and honest reviews in return. I -DID- like this apartment community. I -DID- get part of my deposit back. I was thrilled to leave though as the apartments are only large if you pay for the largest floorplans - otherwise, they are poorly designed and poorly planned. The staff -is- unfriendly and very difficult to deal with. Everyone I know who has moved out had problems with getting their deposits back.
